Interestingly enough this testimonial comes from someone who actually didn't purchase a home. As happens so many times in our current market a potential buyer cannot sell their home so we have to be patient.
You were a tremendous, valuable asset in this entire process. Both Liesl and I want to truly thank you for taking the time to show us houses, discuss pros/cons, and guiding us through the Chapel Hill/Wake County tradeoffs. Our long term plan is to move to the area…once the girls are in college and schools/finances are not primary concerns anymore.
