The latest Triangle T.A.R.R. report which gives us an excellent overview of what is going on during the first 3 months of 2009 as compared to the same time in 2008. What still continues to amaze me is how our inventory continues to be down as compared to last year but I think sellers are unwilling to test the waters in these conditions.
